Job Title: Call Centre Sales Manager Location: London (Smart working 60/40 - office/home) Salary: £45K Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to lead a high-performing team? A leading full-fibre network provider in London is seeking a driven and experienced Call Centre Sales Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Managing a team of advisors and driving sales across acquisition, renewals, and retention. Developing and implementing effective sales processes and tools. Building strong relationships across the business to ensure high customer satisfaction. Leading by example and contributing to individual sales targets. To be successful, you'll need: A degree and proven experience leading a sales team in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Proficiency in Salesforce. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
