Reinsurance Analyst

This role sits within the central reinsurance purchasing team for a global syndicate. You will work in a small but collaborative team, assisting with the purchasing of reinsurance for all lines of business written within London as well as the oversees offices (ex US) that they operate from. This is a busy and varied role, which requires an individual with a hard working and pro-active approach, coupled with an analytical mindset. There will be opportunities to travel, get exposure to complicated renewals. lots of broker exposure and the role has the potential to develop into a pure reinsurance purchasing role in the future. In the short term you will be mirroring the hiring manager in a lot of her activities, and learning the ropes. This role is all about attitude so we are keen to see individuals within the London market who match the criteria above. The individual can come from either a Direct or Reinsurance background.
