Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team and lead social media strategy, content planning, and execution for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving online growth across key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion and beauty marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies for fashion, beauty, and cosmetics clients, aligning with their brand goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation & Planning: Collaborate with our content team to plan and schedule high-quality posts, stories, and video content that engage followers and grow brand awareness.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant and interactive online community for each client.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimising strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance the social presence and reach of our clients.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure our clients' content remains fresh, innovative, and relevant.


Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2+ years of social media management experience, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or creative industries.
  • Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, with a proven ability to grow and engage audiences.
  • Creative Thinking: A keen eye for visual aesthetics and a passion for creating engaging, shareable content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling captions and collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using social media analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights.
