Project Manager

Project Manager £60k - £70k + car allowance and package North Lancs/Cumbria We are working with a long established, highly successful, cash rich, regional Building contractor who have created an excellent reputation for delivering varied and interesting projects mainly for Private Sector clients across the Midlands and North West of England. Their turnover in the region has grown year on year and is now comfortably above £200 Million. They take on projects valued up to £50 Million typically in the commercial, industrial, care, leisure, retail, education and multi storey residential sectors. A good proportion of their work is repeat, negotiated business and as a profitable, privately owned business they don't have to buy work to please shareholders. They are now looking for a Project Manager to manage schemes throughout North Lancashire and Cumbria. You:

• Have management experience with a main contractor, working on building projects valued up to £50 million.
• Are based in or able to commute to North Lancashire/Cumbria.
• Be a strong leader with the confidence to lead management teams on construction projects.
