We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Part Time at our Darwen Asphalt Plant. This role involves interacting with customers to provide exceptional service and solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role is from Monday to Saturday 6AM to 10AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for our valued customers, effectively handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Information Management: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
