We're seeking a Customer Solutions Design Specialist to join a team dedicated to delivering innovative technical designs for critical, high-security environments.In this role, you will work closely with defense sector clients and internal teams to develop unified communication solutions that meet complex business needs. You'll collaborate across functions such as technology, security, and operations to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring smooth integration across all technical and business areas.Key Responsibilities:- Translate detailed customer requirements into comprehensive technical solutions.- Design, validate, and deliver end-to-end communication and collaboration technologies.- Lead solution design engagements, including managing third-party deliverables.- Influence service strategy and operational decisions through expertise in unified communications.- Mentor junior designers and ensure consistency in architecture and processes.- Oversee risk identification, compliance, and the implementation of secure solutions.- Work within highly sensitive, government-based environments to ensure security and compliance.Key Skills & Experience:-Valid SC Clearance is essential.- Strong knowledge of on-premise and cloud unified communication technologies, including PBX, VoIP, SIP, video conferencing, and enterprise mobility.- Experience with telecommunication vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Palo Alto or Ribbon.- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing unified communication solutions.- Preferably accredited in technologies such as Cisco (CCNP Collaboration), VMware (VCP-EUC), or similar.- Proven ability to communicate complex technologies to stakeholders of varying technical expertise.- Experience working on pre-sales and bid-related work.- Experience working within HM Government or MoD environments is a plus.If you're passionate about delivering secure, innovative solutions and want to work with a company that plays a pivotal role in shaping the UK’s future, this opportunity is for you.**Join us today to make an impact and unlock your full potential!**
