Location: Wembley (3 days working from home)

Overview:
Working for a leading housing association, you will holistically support residents progress into employment and training opportunities whilst engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve success.
A typical week:
- Support a caseload of residents
- Provide in depth Information, Advice & Guidance
- Deliver employment & training focused support
- Engage community partners & employers
You'll need the following:
- 4 years + employability or related sector experience
- Confident communication & engagement skills
- Detailed orientated with a thorough approach to work
- IAG qualification or willingness to complete
