On this role, you will be responsible for the booking, contracting and management of transportation arrangements, such as coaches, mini buses and chauffeur cars by coordinating with transportation service providers and maintaining an excellent customer service. To collaborate with transportation service providers, such as coach companies and chauffeur car hire, to coordinate travel arrangements as required Dealing with daily telephone queries from suppliers, tour escorts and clients by offering guidance and addressing concerns throughout the booking process, you will be part of the On-call rota system too Providing exceptional service and attention to VIP guests and company groups from the Japanese and Asian Market when required Liaise with colleagues and counterparts from overseas Asia offices Fluent written and verbal communication in English is essential Any additional language, such as Japanese, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese are desirable Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ Travel or Transportation industry experience is essential We believe that skills and experience can be gained, your attitude could be the game changer.
