Major Recruitment are seeking a talented Security Systems Engineer/Reactive Engineer on behalf of our successful client, a well-established security solutions provider based in Halesowen. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to progress in their career, working in a supportive and dynamic team environment. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining various security systems, with a focus on fault finding and system repairs.

Key Responsibilities
Service and maintain a wide range of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarms Diagnose and troubleshoot reactive faults efficiently Provide clear and concise service reports and documentation Collaborate effectively within a team, offering support to colleagues as required Be available for occasional out-of-town assignments
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry with strong fault-finding skills Familiarity with a variety of security systems (e.g., Paxton, Hikvision, Avigilon, Salto, Galaxy) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence IPAF and ECS certification (preferred but not essential)

Access Control: Salto, Paxton, Came, Stentofon CCTV: Avigilon, Axis, Synetics, Hikvision, Dahua Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom, EatonAll candidates will be subject to the company's vetting and background check process.
