Machine Operator

Position: Machine Operator Location: Milton Keynes Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Milton Keynes. Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to secure a Machine Operator to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work. Your daily duties will include: Operating a variety of automatic and manual based machinery including some CNC Metal finishing Processing and treating products Running quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards and flagging below-standard itemsTo be considered for this role you will need the following skills/experience: Previous experience in machine operating Strong mechanical aptitude Good working within a team and on your own initiative Good attention to detail in order to understand and correctly follow processes Good communication skillsThe ideal candidate will: Have good time keeping skills Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn Be professional and approachableMore about the role: Hours - Rotating Shifts Monday to Friday 6.00am-2.00pm & 12.00pm-8.00pm - alternating weekly Rate: £11.50-£12.50 per hour Start date: ASAP following interview process Duration: Full-Time ongoing assignment with view to permanent contract If you are interested in this position, please apply with a copy of your CV & a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the opportunity with you in further detail.
