Finance Ops Manager

This is the perfect role for someone looking to get stuck into some large-scale projects and who is looking to work with a highly experienced and skilled team.In short, this client is looking for an individual to come in and help manage its Finance ops team, through working closely with current employees and ensuring that all functions are running smoothly.Duties: Manage and mentor the transactional team to ensure high performance Support the wider finance team, including FC and FD Oversee month end including reconciliations and bank reconciliations Detailed cashflow analysis on a daily basis Profit and loss, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations Heavily involved in Banking, Treasury, AR, Sales Ledger, AP, CreditRequirements: Experienced managing teams Proven track record in an operational and finance role Strong systems skillsJob Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 9-12 monthsPay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
