Recruitment Consultant - 360 - Space & Satellite industry

We're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants that are, like us, missing the office team spirit! Want to live near London but outside of the city centre hustle and bustle? FFuelled by growth and success, we are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Space & Satellite team. We focus on mid-senior level hires such as the Chief Robotics Officers and their teams that are building robots to go to space (we know - we get to speak to some pretty cool people)!Whilst we have enjoyed some of the benefits of working from home, after a long period of video calls (hello Zoom fatigue) we have started to miss the coffee machine small talk and team spirit that you just can't build the same over a video call. Alongside our HQ in Brighton and our office in New York, we have decided to set up another office just outside of London in St Albans. We are looking to build a strong collaborative team culture where we can offer in person support to new colleagues and we are seeking to hire people that would like to be in the office at least 3 days a week. So if you're looking for a nice modern office space to work from but don't fancy the hustle and bustle (or long commute) of central London then come and join us in St Albans where there's more calm, greenery, and space (including parking spaces)! You'll also get the opportunity to visit our HQ for a little seaside break in Brighton for our company events.What We’re Looking For:A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within technology. No Space & Satellite industry experience needed - we will get you up to speed on that!Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across a variety of different rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.Hybrid working model – 3 days in our St Albans office.
