Production Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Production Team Leader for a permanent role in the Food Manufacturing industry.

Working hours are 730am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Job Purpose

• A shop floor based role, taking responsibility for daily production issues in order to ensure the highest quality and customer service whilst being cost-efficient.

Job Duties

• Responsible for the assigned production area, staff and equipment.
• Responsible for driving and achieving the daily production plan.
• Driving and achieving the daily productivity targets.
• Maintaining the highest hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement of quality and service.

Candidate Specification

• Strong observation, organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven team leader experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, committed and positive.
