• Conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates
• Manage telephone pre-screening, interview bookings, and face-to-face

• Perform right-to-work checks and arrange start dates for successful candidates
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process

Requirements of a Recruitment Coordinator:

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Basic skills and ability to quickly learn new operating systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including potential weekends
