Lettings Negotiator – Mansfield – OTE up to £28,000 Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a growing Mansfield based estate agency, who are actively seeking a Lettings Negotiator. Package & Benefits: • Fantastic OTE to be earned • 28 days holidays • Extra day holiday per year of service up to 5 years. • Supported personal development and career progression Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities: • Managing a portfolio of properties • Handling maintenance issues, inspections, and tenant queries. • Conducting viewings • Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants • Providing accurate market valuations and advice to landlords • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice standards in property management and lettings • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants • Achieving set targets and contributing to the overall success of the team and company Required skills & experience: • Experience within a similar role and industry • Confident and outgoing • Full UK clean driving license • Great telephone manner • Confidence is key!
