Site Manager Housing

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a leading housing developer in order to recruit an No2Site Manager for a a scheme in Bromley

The development consists of circa 100 units, all RC Frame apartments

As Site manager you will be responsible for taking units from 1st fix to completion reporting into a Project Manager.

Candidates must have experience working on RC frame apartments previously, preferably high-volume ideally coming from a trades background or holding a construction related degree.
