In this Compliance Officer (with FCA handbook knowledge) role you will be responsible for providing risk management and compliance monitoring expertise with clear oversight of 2LOD and 1LOD activities, ensuring reviews are completed in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plans and agreed improvement actions to be implemented.  You will assist in annual reviews of the compliance risk assessments toolkit, undertaking detailed reviews of activities across regulated companies and producing high quality monitoring reports that outline deficiencies and solutions to be implemented.  Other areas of responsibility include compliance administration (such as policies and procedures), compliance advice (providing input to the monitoring plan and support RFP’s and due diligence), and governance (both at Board and Committee level).
