Job Title: Property Administrator Location: Chester Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours Salary: £23,000 Are you a self-motivated and organised individual with a passion for ensuring compliance? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting compliance efforts across various properties, ensuring all regulatory obligations are met. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain compliance standards, while also managing documentation, databases, and providing general support as needed. Key Responsibilities: Assist the property team in addressing and managing compliance requirements. Communicate certification updates to relevant stakeholders. Maintain records and documentation related to compliance projects. Schedule and monitor routine maintenance programmes. Support the tracking and reporting of compliance statuses. Coordinate inspections and respond to queries from internal and external teams. Skills and Experience: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
