We are recognised for our approach of building trust and providing excellent service to meet the requirements of all our clients. Attention to detail is a critical part of our mission in matching our customers with the appropriate insurers at the most competitive rates. Role DescriptionThere is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join Lagrove as a Commercial Account Handler. As a Commercial Account Handler within this team, you will be responsible for providing insurance brokerage services to clients, managing accounts, underwriting, and delivering excellent customer service. This role offers the opportunity for professional development and growth within the company. QualificationsExtensive experience and knowledge of having worked as a Commercial Account Handler and the requirements of adhering to all industry regulations.Excellent customer service, attention to detail and experience in client account management is a critical part of the role. Experience in underwriting and analysing client insurance policy requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in insurance and risk management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with proficiency in local languages being an added advantage.Ideally would have been educated to degree level in a related field; however relevant work experience also deemed acceptable.An in-depth knowledge of FCA Regulations would be beneficial.BenefitsFull in house training will be provided to the successful candidate Good remuneration salary25 Days annual leave P/APension contributionScheduleMonday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
