Senior Project Manager - Commercial Development

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with experience working for either Property Developers or Project Management Consultants? If you have experience in new build projects, specifically within the Commercial sector then I would be keen to speak to you. Huntsman are working with a leading Project Management firm in London, who have a need for a candidate to join their business to deliver a new build 20 storey commercial development in London. Candidates must have experience in Contract Administration of JCT Contracts, understand the role of an Employers Agent and be comfortable in a client-facing role. This role is based in London and employees are expected in the office on a full time basis. To be considered for this role candidates need to have the following: MRICS/APM/CIOB Membership or working towards5+ years experience of Project Management Consultancy Experience for a Developer or Consultancy. Have experience in New Build, High Rise Projects Be comfortable in a client facing role On offer is a competitive salary of up to £75,000 plus a benefits package to include bonus, generous annual leave entitlement, private healthcare, and private pension.
