The Role
The firm is looking for a Private Client Senior Associate/Partner to join their busy team in Cambridge.
The Private Client department is currently thriving. They deal with a varied caseload, often acting for HNW individuals, company owners, and entrepreneurs. They handle matters including, but not limited to, wills and assets, tax planning, estates, trusts, LPAs, and probates.
This role is well suited for an ambitious, driven, well-organised individual who is looking to develop their practice in a supportive and encouraging environment, leading an already strong and established team.
This position offers excellent prospects for career growth and progression and would be an ideal opportunity for a Senior Associate who may have hit a glass ceiling at their current firm. Equity is on the cards for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- You will be a Private Client Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner Level
- You will be comfortable supervising junior fee-earners and delegating work to paralegals/legal secretaries
- You will be keen to get involved with business development activities and assisting in the development of the department
- You will be highly organised and confident in managing your own caseload
- You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships and enjoy working in a client-facing position
- With a collaborative culture running through the firm, the ability to work in a team is essential
