Their beautiful, personalised products are already enjoyed by a global consumer and corporate customer base in over 60 countries worldwide.
The Corporate & Wholesale business has grown hugely in the last few years, and they work with a huge range of corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion with key clients including the likes of Ralph Lauren, Google, Harrods, Gucci and Selfridges to name a few.
We’re looking for a Corporate (or Wholesale) Account Managers with proven experience in B2B account management and business development, preferably gained within a bespoke, luxury or lifestyle retail environment. Building relationships will be second nature, and you'll be confident in driving proactive development too.
This is a fast-paced, motivated team working in an entrepreneurial environment, so if you love getting stuck in and making things happen, this is the role for you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Handling corporate (or wholesale) and bespoke orders: Responding to enquiries, Scoping out and finalising orders with clients, Working with our production team towards delivery, and following up to ensure everything has gone beautifully.
• Business development: nurturing key corporate accounts and actively recruiting new clients.
• Marketing our corporate (or wholesale) offering: through partnerships, email and social channels, printed material and corporate events.
• Networking; attend industry conferences, trade shows and networking events to build relationships, generate leads and act as a brand ambassador for the company
• Building and maintaining excellent working relationships at all levels. Skills
ABOUT YOU
• Proven experience in luxury B2B corporate / wholesale sales (3 years +) with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• In depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques and best practices.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales related tools.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with an ability to drive revenue without compromising on brand standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. • Strong communication and presentation skills
