Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Produce quotations and process sales orders
Updating CRM and Stock systems
Support the sales team with expert technical knowledge of electrical control and industrial automation products
Account manage a portfolio of customers
Identifying areas of growth, upselling and defining best product choices for requirements
The Inside Sales Engineer / Internal Sales / Internal Sales Executive Requirements
Knowledge of electrical control and industrial automation.
Been within a technical sector previously
Wed also consider someone from an electrical wholesale background
Must be based in the Norwich area.
