Vehicle Technician

Location: Bexley Heath Salary: £32K - £38K + Bonus Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm * Every other Saturday, 8am - 1pm Join a trusted, family-run business that values its employees! What They Offer: * Competitive salary and bonus structure * 20 days holiday * Training opportunities to further your career * A friendly team with a real family feel Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 in vehicle maintenance and repair preferred (Level 2 considered) * Full UK driving licence * MOT Test Licence preferred, but training can be provided * F Gas Licence desirable * Hybrid and electrical training (training available if needed) * Proficient in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics * Own tools and ability to work independently in a workshop Your Responsibilities: * Comply with health and safety guidelines * Work collaboratively within a team * Service, repair, and diagnose both customer and company vehicles * Undertake repairs such as clutches, gearboxes, and engine replacements Why You'll Love Working There: This team enjoys a warm, social environment with regular laughs and support from the management.
