Civils Buyer

Job Role: Civils Buyer     Area: Maidstone Salary: £50k - £60k My client is looking for an experience Civils Buyer to join their business based on the outskirts of Maidstone, working closely with the directors’ duties will include: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed purchasing decisions Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent product availability Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, including cost analyses and supplier performance Stay updated with industry trends and new products to keep our offerings fresh and competitive The ideal candidate will be: Proven experience as a Civils Procurements role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a small team environment. This role is being handled by Chloe, PW Construction Recruitment.
