Exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a Property Services company! £50k - £54k + package + Car Allowance West London Based Site based The role: Are you an experienced External Site Manager looking to join a dynamic, privately owned construction company in West London. This is for their Planned Maintenance division, you will be working on the Notting Hill Genesis contractor. Scope of works include windows, roofs, brickwork, and concrete repairs. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage external construction projects from start to finish. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. * Maintain health and safety compliance on all sites. Requirements: * Proven experience in managing external construction projects. * Strong knowledge of roofing, windows, brickwork, and concrete repair. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * CSCS card and SMSTS certification required.
