Job description Operations Executive Fully remote Monday - Friday Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: On behalf of my client, we are seeking a Operations Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring billing readiness, protecting revenue, managing partner code availability, and monitoring competitive market offers. Key Responsibilities: Manage manual billing and credit note processes, ensuring monthly data is uploaded to the Salesforce CRM for finance team execution. Conduct weekly competitor shopping audits to build insights into the market.Experience & Skills Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a B2B environment. Strong communication skills for managing key stakeholders and external partners. Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a deal-oriented, methodical way. Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, with experience managing multiple CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).If you are detail-oriented and ready to take on a new challenge, apply today!
