Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Head Chef with menu development and kitchen operations. - Preparing and presenting high-quality, fresh dishes to maintain our reputation for excellence. - Overseeing junior kitchen staff, offering guidance, and helping with training. - Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. - Managing inventory, portion control, and assisting with stock orders. **About You** Were looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about fresh, seasonal food and eager to learn and grow with us.
