Title: Solicitor (Team Leader)– Financial & Lender ComplaintsLocation: Liverpool (Office-based) 9:00 - 17:00.Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 (with bonuses to be discussed)About Complex LawComplex Law is a dynamic legal firm dedicated to handling complex cases with a particular focus on financial disputes. We are looking for a skilled solicitor with in-depth knowledge of the FCA regulatory framework to lead a team focused on bringing complaints against Financial institutions and lenders.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team responsible for handling high-volume complaints against Financial instituions and lenders.- Develop and implement strategies to effectively challenge banks and lenders within the framework of FCA regulations.- Ensure all external reporting metrics are adhered to, particularly in relation to ATE providers.- Assist in the continuous development of legal tactics to enhance case outcomes.- Meet and exceed team targets, while ensuring the team works within established timelines and processes.- Provide expert legal advice on financial disputes and ensure the highest standards of client service.- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance across all cases.Key Skills and Experience:- Proven experience working with the FCA regulatory framework.- Strong expertise in managing high volumes of cases, particularly complaints related to finance and lending.- Ability to develop strategies and contribute to the continuous improvement of case handling tactics.- Experience in managing external reporting metrics, particularly in relation to ATE providers.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.What We Offer:- Competitive salary between £50,000 and £80,000 depending on experience.- Performance-based bonuses.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.- Professional development opportunities.If you are a motivated solicitor with a passion for financial law and a desire to lead, we would love to hear from you.
