Sales & Customer Service Assistant

After 7 years in the industry and many retail pop-ups, we made our permanent home in Notting Hill that holds our store and offices. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our retail sales team and support the running of our flagship store and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the upkeep of the store – Ensuring the store always looks its best including visual merchandising, our - bar is always full and someone with green fingers would be a definite bonus.
• Connect with our customers - you will ensure every customer receives the ultimate Taylor Morris experience in our store! Leading by example, you will motivate your team to give genuine service to our customers & encourage them to maximise opportunities to up sell across all areas of the store.
• Manage in store appointments
• Customer service management
• Stock and Fulfilment management – You will be fulfilling in store and online orders as well as producing stock reports and stock reconciliations

Profile:

• Experience in a similar sales role
• A flare for sales and enthusiasm for events
• Excellent organisation skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
• Willingness to constantly learn & develop
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
• Not afraid to get stuck in
