Account Director (12m FTC) – £50,000 - £55,000 – London / HybridWork with an amazing team on some incredible and innovative OOH campaigns – this could be across experiences, digital and solutions. Join a dynamic and rapidly growing teamFantastic benefits packageHybrid working – 3 days in office/ 2 wfhIn this dynamic role, you will lead their integrated experiential, digital, production, and creative solutions initiatives across the UK. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and agencies, partnering with some of the world's top brands. The role offers an initial 12m FTC but with a strong possibility of a permanent role being available afterwards.Key Responsibilities Drive revenue for brand experience, digital production, and media solutions across key accounts.Collaborate with the broader team to deliver top-tier creative solutions for clients, transforming the OOH landscape into engaging consumer experiences.Cultivate strong relationships with your clients and their cross-agency teams, working closely with them to drive growth across your portfolio.Establish a robust presence with key clients and agencies through regular outreach, presentations, and inspiration sessions as needed.Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Insight, International) to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance overall client experience.Identify emerging trends and partners to foster innovation and stay ahead in the industry.Adhere to all booking procedures to ensure seamless operations.Keep sales collateral, information, and presentations updated in line with guidelines and industry standards.Champion sustainability and promote the importance of creating positive social and environmental impact within your team.Engage in projects and initiatives that advance the agencies dedication to social and environmental responsibility, such as charity partnerships, volunteering, and carbon offsetting efforts.Key Requirements Extensive experience in experiential and media sales at a national or director level, working with major brands and agencies. Candidates should be adept at challenging the status quo and offering teams innovative and compelling opportunities.Proven ability to analyse briefs, provide strategic recommendations, craft precise and boundary-pushing creative briefs, and develop innovative pitch proposals.Strong ability to leverage an existing network and establish new connections at the appropriate levels.Excellent sales acumen paired with deep knowledge of the marketing, media, events, and experiential markets.Experience leading projects independently, with the confidence to seek support from team heads or resources when necessary.Proven experience in line management.Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to contribute client knowledge and campaign strategy insights during internal discussions.Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.Outstanding verbal and written communication, along with polished presentation skills.Experience thriving in a busy, demanding, and high-pressure environment.Highly driven and self-motivated to achieve results.Adaptable and open to embracing change and new opportunities.Comprehensive understanding of the media landscape, with a solid grasp of how OOH and Brand Experience complement other channels.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.To find out more, please apply today!Source is passionate about providing a working environment that is welcoming, supportive and equitable for all.
