Site Manager

Position: Site Manager (Ten Year long framwork) Location: West London  Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Plus Package £5.9k car allowance  Contract: Permanent, Full Time About the Role of a Site Manager: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to join our Residential Solutions Team. This role involves supporting the delivery of a new contract within the Residential Team, ensuring successful project completion from start to finish. works include external retrofit work and internal soundproofing. Key Responsibilities for a site manager: Lead and oversee residential refurbishment projects, ensuring operational and commercial goals are met through effective management of site teams and stakeholders. Develop and execute site delivery strategies, from pre-commencement to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards. Implement and enforce SHE policies and Project Lifecycle Management procedures, ensuring compliance from all employees and subcontractors. Act as a mentor, line manager, and escalation point for site teams, staying informed about relevant legislation and sharing knowledge to aid team development. What We're Looking For in a site manager: This role is ideal for you if you have: Significant experience in leading large-scale site deliveries. Proven experience in delivering Energy Company Obligation (ECO) works. Strong track record in managing site budgets and schedules. Demonstrable ability to lead site teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce reports for senior management and clients. Expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions.
