Our client is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to support the efficient delivery of a client project as part of a dedicated team. Responsibilities will include timely handling of administrative tasks, maintaining governance, document control and providing programme updates.
Key Tasks:
Provision of programme information to internal and external customers in a timely manner
Establish and maintain systematic document control
Ensure tasks like Lessons learned, customer feedback etc are completed and recorded.
Tracking of financial metrics on cost actuals against budget
Review project financial data for anomalies and inconsistencies, escalate and support resolution
The successful candidate will need:
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Attention to detail & accuracy whilst managing large volumes of information
Ability to learn new tools and design a simple system to support a process
Proactive approach and anticipating what may be needed
Strong communication & listening skills
Team worker but with a capability to work alone with a minimum of guidance
Proficient in office application
