We are seeking talented and motivated individuals for various positions, including Estate Agents, Lettings Agents, Property Managers, Senior Negotiators, New Home Sales Consultants, and Branch Managers. Roles Available: Estate Agents: Manage the sale and marketing of residential and commercial properties. Conduct property valuations and provide expert pricing advice. Facilitate property viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales deals. Stay informed about the local property market and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and other professionals. Lettings Agents: Oversee the rental process for residential and commercial properties. Conduct property viewings, assess tenants, and negotiate rental agreements. Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and manage tenancy agreements. Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, providing ongoing support throughout tenancies. Maintain effective communication with both landlords and tenants. Property Managers: Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring all maintenance and repair needs are addressed. Conduct routine property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. Handle tenant complaints, manage disputes, and oversee rent collection. Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and smooth operations. Senior Negotiators: Lead high-value property transactions and negotiations. Support and mentor junior agents, guiding them through the sales process. Provide market insights to clients and assist with pricing strategies. Build and maintain a network of clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders. New Home Sales Consultants: Specialize in the sale of newly built homes, working closely with property developers. Provide buyers with comprehensive information on new developments and the local area. Guide clients through the purchase process from viewing to contract completion. Maintain relationships with developers and ensure seamless communication between buyers and the development team. Branch Managers: Lead and manage a branch, overseeing property sales, lettings, and management operations. Set and achieve targets to drive business growth and increase market share. Train and mentor staff, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Foster strong client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals. Key Skills and Qualifications (for all roles): Proven experience in property sales, lettings, or management (specific experience required for senior roles). Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of property law, contracts, and industry regulations. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with property management or CRM systems. Full driving license and own transport [if required]. Preferred Qualifications: ARLA, NAEA, NFoPP qualifications or other relevant property-related certifications. Experience with property portals (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla) and digital marketing tools. Personal Attributes: A proactive and results-driven attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
