Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the performance marketing strategy for the TV network's digital campaigns
Develop and execute test and learn strategies to optimise marketing efforts
Leverage CTV (Connected TV) tools to maximise audience engagement and conversions

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaign improvement
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in performance marketing, ideally within the media, entertainment, or TV industry
Strong expertise in using CTV platforms and tools
Ability to set up and manage test-and-learn frameworks to drive continuous improvement
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools
Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a 2-month contract with a leading TV network. If you're passionate about driving results and have experience with Connected TV (CTV) tools, this is your chance to make an impact!
