Property Lister/Valuer (Lettings) - Basildon

Property Valuer/Lister required for our client located in Basildon, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Property Valuer/Lister will be responsible for managing the day-to-day lettings process and running morning meetings and coaching sessions as necessary The Property Valuer/Lister will ideally have an ability to successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our Landlords to let their Properties for the best price and with the best service and support possible Property Valuer/Lister Remuneration • Basic Salary: £23,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 2 months) • On Target Earnings: £35,000 + £2,500 Car Allowance • 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) • Holiday Commission • 33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday • Pension contribution • Life Insurance • Company Rewards and Incentives • Paid entry fees for charitable events • Full package discussed at interview stage Property Valuer/Lister requirements • Previous experience in a real estate • Minimum of 6 Months prior valuations & listing experience in a similar role • A full driving license • Great customer service and leadership skills • Strong work ethic
