Role: Head of People

Location: Birmingham (+ National Travel)

Salary: Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Car


Head of People needed for established hospitality group!

Established and well-respected brand in the market!


As Head of People you will oversee the development, co-ordination and execution of the People and Culture Strategy for the Business, responsible for all elements of the people operation, including Resourcing, Employee Relations, Talent and Learning, championing people innovation. Deputising accountability for the HR Director.



Your role as Head of People:


  • Developing and implementing the People Plan with the senior team to drive high performance, internal progression, and organisational effectiveness.
  • A well-developed understanding of group people policies and network, guiding management teams through HR advice on culture, wellbeing, recognition, and building sustainable engagement.
  • Working as part of the Senior HR Team, building close relationships with in-division
  • Resourcing and Learning teams, spotting trends, using initiatives, and delivering on activities to drive results.
