Junior Sous Cotswolds - Dining Pub We are currently looking for an experienced Junior Sous located in a beautiful Cotswolds village. Our client is an up-and-coming pub group with a real family feel. The successful Junior Sous will be able to prioritise, multitask and have a passion for creativity. They will also be responsible for supervising junior chefs. The Person The Junior Sous will have: Have experience at a similar level in a similar environment High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
