Agile Coach 12-month initial contract Hybrid working - Gaydon £500 per day (Inside IR35) *Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.* About the company I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Agile Coach to join their team Job Description As Agile Coach, your main responsibilities are: Guiding teams through their Agile Journey Instilling Agile Principles and practices, fostering continuous improvement Coaching, within Product and Programme delivery Support Agile Training and development of self-managed learning site Engaging stakeholders and shaping transformation, using data metrics to measure performance and maturity, monitoring core KPIs and value Qualifications / Skills needed Agile frameworks, change management, Coaching, Mentoring and Training Experience with Scaling Agile Frameworks Knowledge of DevOps principles and Practices Familiarity with Agile Tools and software (JIRA/Lucid) Why work through Contechs?
