Systems Transformation Consultant

HW Interim Solutions are partnering with a valued client who are undergoing a transformative journey to enhance their business systems efficiencies to elevate both their back-office capability and service offerings. We are seeking an experienced Systems Transformation Consultant to lead in transitioning the business from diagnostics to actionable recommendations and successful delivery. As the Systems Transformation Consultant, you will leverage your full programme lifecycle experience to guide the business transformation. You will be responsible for assessing current systems, identifying gaps, and developing strategies to implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the operations. Assessment & Diagnostics: Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create actionable recommendations based on diagnostic findings. Implementation Oversight: Lead the implementation of recommended solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration for proposed changes. Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to teams throughout the transformation process, facilitating knowledge transfer and skill development. Monitoring & Evaluation: Establish metrics to assess the impact of implemented changes and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have proven experience in systems analysis and transformation, extensive knowledge of full programme lifecycles, experience in change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
