Responsibilities: · Greet patients and visitors with a warm welcome · Schedule appointments and manage the dental diary · Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially · Handle telephone calls and emails professionally · Assist with billing and processing payments · Organise and manage patient files efficiently · Liaise with dental nurses to ensure smooth patient flow · Assisting the dentist during dental procedures · Managing stock ordering and rotation · Performing decontamination duties to maintain hygiene standards The ideal Candidate should: · Proven organisational skills with attention to detail · Previous experience as a dental nurse or receptionist is advantageous · Proficient in English, both spoken and written · Basic - IT skills for using dental software systems · Strong focus on patient care and satisfaction · Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues · Demonstrate solid organizational skills · Present themselves professionally · Collaborate effectively within a team · Uphold our core values of Integrity and Respect · Prioritize the delivery of exceptional care Our comprehensive package includes: * Competitive Salary with room for growth * Free CPD courses via our portal * Indemnity covered under umbrella system * Private pension Qualifications: · Dental Nurse NEBDN or similar Job Types: Full-time, Part-Time, Permanent Salary: from £12.50 depended on experience Licence/Certification: Valid GDC registration (required) Schedule: Monday to Friday, with Weekend availability Experience: * Preferred minimum of 1 year in Dental assisting and Dental Nursing Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From £13.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 23.5 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Experience: * dental nursing: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * GDC (preferred) Work Location: In person Reference ID: Dental Nurse/Receptionist
