The successful applicant will have: You’ll have experience as a manager within a hospitality or care background You’ll love people – and as a result, have great interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills Attention to Detail Manage multiple priorities to ensure the residents receive an engaging candidate experience. Flexible and able to remain focused on results under pressure and to challenging deadlines Self-motivated and confident Be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
