Job Summary: Contract Scotland is currently seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to join our reputable clients team in the Inveraray area. As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and maintaining efficient administrative processes. Responsibilities: - Handle various administration tasks such as generating reports, invoices, setting up meetings, and ordering supplies. - Support framework projects. - Collaborate closely with Construction Management to ensure efficient handling of administrative tasks. - Perform general administration tasks as needed. - Manage and maintain filing systems and databases. - Ensure timely processing of documents through Company systems. - Provide ad hoc duties and administrative support as required. Experience: To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications: - Previous experience in an administration/secretarial role. - Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Background in the Construction industry is advantageous. - Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
