Specification Sales Manager

Are you looking to be an integral part of a small, friendly team? The Role: Field based spec sales role covering London . Selling lighting controls into M&E Consultants and Contractors. Identifying suitable project opportunities using market intelligence and project data sources, specifically for targeted 'high margin’ sales, and following through to order conversion. Developing / maintaining strong relations with area based clients and working with them to promote the Company’s offer and to obtain project leads and specifications. The Candidate: Knowledge of the M&E Consultant or Contractor markets. Proven track record of working to targets Consultative skills with excellent attention to detail Articulate, extremely well presented, driven, enthusiastic, commercially astute The Company: Well-known and respected company in the lighting market with a reputation for design, innovation and service.
