Our client is a specialist engineering company based on the outskirts of Burton. They are incredibly successful and are now looking to appoint an Administrator to join their busy team. General duties will entail:
- Monitoring inbox and dealing with enquiries
- Logging new enquiries following the tender process
- Creating Excel reports
- Accessing portals, downloading documents and creating files
- Completion of questionnaires for compliance
- Monitoring and updating portals
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of initiative along with a good level of experience with Word and Excel. You should also be able to prioritise and enjoy working as a team.
