Scala Developer

Role: Senior Software Engineer (Scala)

Location: London - hybrid 2/3 x per week.

Job type: Contract

Length: 6 - 12 month contract

Rate: £650-700 per day outside IR35.

Signify Technology are working with a company in the financial services who are expanding their engineering team in London, where they are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer, specialising in Scala to join their team on a freelance basis.

Requirements:

• Much experience in the finance / banking industry.
• Strong Scala experience - 4+ years
• Functional experience with Cats, Cats Effect, FS2, ScalaZ...
• Experienced with AWS (Azure or GCP is also okay)
• Messaging experience with Kafka
