One of our valued biotech clients are seeking a Senior Scientist to support their work in Canary Wharf
Client
The company are a small start up biotech that focuses on ADC based therapeutics. They have recently received £90 million of funding to progress its novel therapeutic into clinical development. Recently moving to a new facility in the heart of Canary Wharf, they are seeking to continue their growth and innovative work to develop first in class ADC medicines and maintain and grow their positive internal community.
Role
The role is for a Senior Scientist that would be focused on their pre-clinical work. You would be carrying out a number of biochemical techniques including tissue culture, flow cytometry, Western blot and ELISA. This would be focused around their cancer biology research. You would gain a considerable amount of ownership of their wet lab-based work and would be able to make a meaningful impact on this promising therapeutic area.
Requirements
- PhD in relevant discipline
- 1-2 years experience in industry
- Knowledge of cancer biology
- Experience with biochemical techniques
