You are a kind and hardworking person Day to Day Responsibilities: Verification of outgoing shipments from Veriswap to ensure accuracy. Handling and making decisions on shipping scenarios that involve edge cases not conforming to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor shipping processes to identify areas where operations are slowing down or encountering inefficiencies. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and clarity in operations. Collaborate with the customer support team to address inquiries and concerns related to operations, providing insights and solutions from an operational perspective.
