Hire Controller

Job Title: Hire Controller Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire Job Type: Permanent Overview: Unify are delighted to be recruiting for a Hire Controller to join a leading provider of Plant Hire, Transport and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth whilst supporting the UK’s Construction sector. As a Hire Controller, you will be providing excellent customer service whilst off hiring plant and equipment to customers. As well as providing advice and guidance to customers to help ensure the correct equipment is hired. What do I need? * Strong planning and organizational skills. * Basic knowledge of Plant Machinery / Equipment * Ability to work well within a team * Attention to detail * Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Responsibilities: * Hiring / Off hiring plant equipment * Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires * Communicating with internal and external customers via e-mail or telephone * Ensuring quotes are raised for every enquiry. * Keeping Live Hire / Closed Hire files updated * Providing excellent advice and guidance to ensure correct equipment is hired
