Fractional Sales Director – Non-Alcoholic Spirits Brand Are you ready to lead a high-performing sales team and make a lasting impact on a brand disrupting the Non-Alcoholic Spirits industry? Can you leverage your expertise in the London On & Off Trade market to accelerate the growth of a fast-moving, innovative brand? Do you have the strategic vision to turn a budding brand into a market leader, while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time role? MacGregor Black are seeking an experienced Fractional Sales Director to join a dynamic Non-Alcoholic Spirits Brand on a part-time basis (ideally 2 days per week). This role is critical in supporting the brand's early-stage growth and will be instrumental in expanding its presence in the UK market. The successful candidate will lead a team of commercial salespeople from the company's distributor, focusing initially on the London On & Off Trade before expanding to wider UK sales channels. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of distributor sales representatives to ensure disciplined and driven performance. Foster a results-oriented culture and maintain high levels of accountability. Implement and execute the sales strategy for the London On & Off Trade market, focusing on key accounts, bars, restaurants, and retail partners. Drive the brand’s market penetration in the initial phase, with a focus on London, before expanding to the broader UK market in the second phase. Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, providing regular coaching and feedback to ensure objectives are met. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet growth targets. Collaborate closely with the brand's founders, marketing teams, and distributor partners to align sales activities with brand objectives and marketing initiatives. Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. What are we looking for? Proven track record of sales leadership within the beverage industry, with a strong preference for experience in Spirits or Non-Alcoholic Spirits. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams, particularly distributor-managed sales forces. Strong focus on maintaining team discipline and driving performance. Ability to balance strategic oversight with a hands-on approach to execution, particularly in early-stage growth environments. Deep understanding of the London On & Off Trade market, including established relationships with key accounts. A track record of delivering against sales targets and driving growth in competitive markets. Commitment: Part-Time Role: 2 days per week with flexibility required during key trading periods or launches. Potentially could lead to a Permanent role. Competitive Salary benefits.
